Hotel Narayan Niwas Palace Jaisalmer, Jaisalmer

I had a great experience at Narayan Niwas Palace in Jaisalmer. The hotel service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff was polite and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of during our stay. On the downside, the conditions of some rooms could be better, as I encountered a few maintenance issues. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a beautiful property.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel, especially considering the high price I paid for three nights. The rooms were shabby and poorly furnished, with leaking pipes and no hot water during the winter. The staff's unprofessional behavior added to my regret in booking this place. On the positive side, it is located in an impressive building with traditional stonework, but that's about it.
